WHY ART ? 

 

The people of Ogatsu-cho believe art and international collaboration are key elements to the success of their new learning center. Hannah will guide 10-30 children of Ogatsu Academy in designing and creating a monumental sculpture.

 This is an opportunity for the children to experience art making as a means of exploring their community, interpreting their experiences, developing a positive sense of self and group cohesion, and playing in the world around them.
